Shafick inn kwi espadon

Some time early April 2020, Dr. Shafick Osman cooked swordfish for the very first time and it was in Ontario, Canada! The swordfish was an Indian Ocean one (no idea where from exactly) and was bought in ... Montreal, Quebec, some 200km away, from a well-known fresh fish importer/supplier.

Unfortunately, he had no one to film him in cuisine and it was too tedious doing the baked swordfish steak and filming at the same time! The best that he can offer is a quite poor picture of the dish with white rice and vegetables. His greatest satisfaction: spouse said it was ... very tasty!
